- Jeet Kune Do Developed by Bruce Lee, this “Way of the Intercepting Fist” focuses on direct, non-classical, and straightforward movements, combining Western Boxing, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Fencing footwork.
- Tai Chi Authentic, traditional training that connects ancient concepts to a modern audience, providing a great system for both health benefits and practical martial arts application.
